Hello everyone!

Wow, 25 years have gone by and a lot has happened. Aside from me being old, tired and losing my hair, I'm doing great!

OK, let's see if I can sum up the last 25 years of my life in a paragraph or two.

I was born in Tulsa and was raised in Tulsa and I STILL live in Tulsa, Glenpool actually but it counts as Tulsa. I married my high school sweetheart, Becky Isaacs in 1979. She tried to go off to college at OU, but I got her back by begging and pleading and amassing HUGE phone bills.

After being married (and still living in Tulsa) for a few years we decided to start a family. We have a 20 year-old son, who is going to graduate from OSU-Okmulgee this December. Our daughter is 18 and is a freshman at NSU in Tahlequah, OK. Our son still lives at home and drives to Okmulgee so the nest is not completely empty, although with the daughter gone we do have a lot more freedom to do what we want.

Becky is the Finance Director (City Treasurer & CPA) for The City of Bixby, a small town just outside of Tulsa. She switched from Oil & Gas accounting to government work because she got tired of being laid-off from all the Oil & Gas companies.

I work in the IT department for the newspaper in town, the Tulsa World, with a couple of other BTW graduates, Randy Rutledge ('78) and Gary Leak ('79). It's pretty cool to still be around people you grew up with. Gary and I went to the same elementary school (Cherokee Elementary in Turley, OK) and all 3 of us went to Monroe Junior High (back when they were all still called Junior High Schools and not Middle Schools) and then on to BTW.

All in all I've got a pretty simple and mundane life, just the way I like it. This web site is really cool and I hope lots more post messages so we can all catch up.

Hey Jessie, glad to hear you are well. I pointed Randy Rut, Gary and some others to this site but no signs of life from the Tulsa-based lugnuts! We had a bowling outing when I was back in March but Jeff Webster ghosted us. Take care!

This is great to have this website. I've been a member of classmates.com but can't find all my classmates there. Hopefully everyone will get the message and I will be able to find them here.

I'm living in Fort Worth, Texas, my sister Erin lives next door. I'm married with no kids other than my two dogs. Erin is divorced with one daughter (13).
Lachlan is living in Tulsa, not married yet. The last email I have for her is lacho@sbcglobal.net.
Erin and I are planning on going to the 1979 reunion this summer, are you?
