James Tarpley class of 1985 here!! Don't know if you remember me or not, but I reconized your name!! (when I get a chance I'll have to dig out my yearbook to put the face back with the name!!)

Anyway........ I know that there is a 20th reunion being planned (info from reunions forum on classmates.com) last I'd heard, it was being set (tentivly) for June of 2005... Sorry but that's the best Info I have at this point...

Also, there is a yahoo group that there is a few of us hanging around on as well... Its Booker_T_Washington_High_School on yahoo groups.. Michael Keller is running it and there are a few of us that have taken up "residence" there if you'd like to check it out....

I don't have any more information than what James has posted. Check out the yahoo forum, though. Hopefully we can get more folks to sign up there from our class. I've forwarded the link to all those I know of and if everyone does that, surely the group will grow.

Yo! Dyrke Schaefer, here. Keep me posted on any info about the reunion, as well. I was keeping up with the info over at Classmates, but I don't think anything new has been posted for a few months, now. JAMES: you don't have to even find your yearbook. There is a website from an alumnus who has every yearbook from 1931-1993 scanned and posted on his site ( btwhs82@groups.msn.com ). CHECK IT OUT!

The latest info I have is that the reunion will
be July 30,31, and Aug.1. Hope to see alot of old friends. I only know of a couple of people that still live in town. I went to the Ten year
reunion but only recognized about 20 people. Hopefully more will come to the 20th.

There's alot of work to be done. Ivan and deployments put me way behind. I
recieved an email from Jeanetta Smith back in Aug regarding a committee she headed up for the 10 year. I've called and emailed since we've gotten back up and running but have not heard anything back. Has anyone had any contact with her? I'd hate to duplicate effort.

Read the Newsletter please and get back to me on who wants to help with what.
Above all, get the word out and send me addresses (email or snail mail, the database can handle both).

Classmates.com has the largest list of people. I'm trying to migrate folks this way.

Dates: 7-10 Jul 05
Initial Cost Estimate: $80 for all events. (Detailed break out to follow)
Events: Ice-breaker social, BTW Tour, Dinner/Dance, Picknick, talent show?, BTW Alumni School gift drive. . .

What now? Tell everyone you can contact. Alex will have a registration form posted by Sunday, 16 Jan 05, in as many places as he can find. (Classmates, Here, His site, etc)
