I've been back in Tulsa for about a year, have been gone over a decade living in Georgia then So. Calif., so VERY glad to be back. Still going to school, slowly but surely going for a degree in CIS - I'm currently a receptionist at Broken Arrow CPA firm.

I ran into Regina Robinson (Arch)-looks exactly the same-fantastic, have seen Tien Jordan over the years (we both took Taekwon Do at Kang's), he owns his own TKD school and is married.

Hope to hear from some of you.

I didn't attend BTW in '81, went to Redondo Union High School in California for my Senior year. Was that a mistake...but I believe I'm in the past couple yearbooks at least.

Your pic doesn't show up in your post, I remember your name but can't remember your face. foreheadslapI've recently sworn off diet soda with it's Alzheimer-like side effects...hopefully names, faces & all sorts of other memories will come flooding back.

From '78 to '81. I had almost forgotten about Regina Robinson until I remembered we had a class together at TJC and she passed out in class because of some diet she was on. I think she was only eating bean sprouts or something. Eek

Hi Erica,

It's good to hear that all is well with you. I'm in Houston now but still in Tulsa often to visit family. My mom still lives in Skyline! We had a great 20-year reunion and now that we know how to contact you, we'll keep you posted. I live in Houston now and am married with two boys, 7 & 4. We may try and get a mixer together during the Christmas holidays, so look for more details. Please tell Regina hello if you see her again. I can still remember when we all played basketball together at Academy Central!!! Take care.

Robin

Great to hear from you - Skyline, Academy Central - almost forgot - I remember Eileen Ryan lived there too - I had a crush on Scott Tabor...geez that's going back a little too far!

I missed playing b-ball in highschool, the girls looked too tough, I was pretty intimidated. Last time I played was at El Camino Community College in SoCal in 1998, joined B-ball class, I played guard w/all boy teams. Hey a friend of mine said I was pretty scrappy...i still got it... biglaugh Have you played any? I still enjoy shooting around by myself, it's good therapy.

Sounds like you're doing very well, I'm so glad. I noticed you were in charge of the reunions back on Classmates.com i think? Thanks for your efforts - My dad is still in touch w/most of his highschool classmates - they travel the world to be together, very close...keep hoping I'll be able to enjoy keeping up w/old friends like that.

I left a voicemail for Regina Arch (Robinson), told her you asked about her & that people were talking about her & she should check it out Smile

Take care & hope to see you at Christmas

Hello Classmates!

I am very glad that this web site is back up! I got sick of all of the pop-up adds on those commercial sites.

I am indebted to a fellow Hornet and colleague for letting me know this site was up again. We joke often that we must the only professors at Xavier that went to the same high school and it isn't a high school in Louisiana or Mississippi! He and his wife are having a party this weekend...maybe we'll sing Hornet Victory!

Come on down to N'awlins and visit us!

Peace:

I'll be in New Orleans for Halloween this year. Just like every year.

Yup, I was a Sooner, but my school colors are still Orange and Black!

Just wanted to say Hi. I did enjoy the last reunion, and Robin, Wayne Pense said that we might be doing something for the 25th? Cruise or something as I recall. Anyway, I've been having some fun reading all the stuff that is on this site. I hate to ask this question, but what the heck happened to Enrico Foshee (I think I spelled it right). We were in the same Boy Scout troop for awhile and shared the same tent for a week at summer camp. I sure was sad to hear about him.

Hey! May everyone have a safe a joyous Holiday season!

I really can't remember when I didn't know Rico...we grew up in the same church for a long time when we were kids. Then, on the first day of 9th grade when I walked into Ms. Edmonds U.S. History class, there was Rico, yelling at me to sit at the table with him and Jeff Hazley (sp?). I chose instead to sit at the table where Angela Nutting was sitting by herself, LOL. I knew I'd end up getting in trouble if I sat with Rico and Jeff!

Charles LaCour might be able to fill you in on Rico's situation, Mike; Charles lives in the Tuscon area, and that's where Rico was living when he passed away.

And, as 2004 is approaching, we have known since '81 that 2006 would be our 25th anniversary year of graduating from BTW. I know that the classmates that I stay in contact with want to have a BIG class reunion to celebrate our Silver Anniversary.
Anybody else down with that idea? If so, let's start planning NOW.

Peace:

S.M.B. Miller

I went on a trip with Enrico one summer, '81 I think. I had loaned him a backpack, which he never returned. (I didn't really miss it)

He was absolutely one of the funniest men I have ever known. He made you feel like family when you were with him, and I am sorry to hear of his passing. I really admired him, and I have thought of him often since that time. I had wondered if he had been able to make his mark on the world.
