When I transferred to Booker T. in '79, there was something called "Marathon Day". Does anyone remember what it was about?

I remember a Marathon day and night in 77. The theatre group did several performances of "Marat Sade" and Pat Hart showed "Young Frankenstein" in the Mrs. Enoch's room over and over. I think we were on the air in Mrs. Bland's class for several hours. It was really a gas. When it was all said and done, I came down with mono, Dave Bland got the measles and about 10 other folks in theatre got the flu. Still, I'm glad we did it.

I remember Marathon! In fact, I was thinking about it the other day. My memories include: Being locked in, watching Silver Streak in Trecek's room, Carvin Knowles haunting the English hall in a cape, locker sitting, The Key Of Knowledge, dreams of a non-aphasic brain, avoiding getting caught wandering vaguely and other things... Sigh.
