Hi everyone! I'm the VP of Fundraising for the BTW PTSA and wanted to let all of you know about two events you can participate in.

The week of October 8-13 will be BTW week at the Barnes & Noble store on 41st Street. BTW will receive a portion of the proceeds of all purchases during this week-long event. Art work will be displayed, the Funky D's will play, the Jazz Singers will sing, and there will be foreign language students at the coffee shop. You can receive a free voucher by contacting me at L8nightreader@cox.net, or you can show up at Barnes & Noble any day that week and pick one up at the cash registers - please remember to ask.

On October 13th we will be participating in Macy's Shop for a Cause Day. You can purchase a $5.00 ticket to use on that day. That ticket will entitle you to a $10.00 discount on your first $20.00 purchase, 20% off nearly all purchases the rest of the day, and the opportunity to win a $500.00 gift certificate. BTW PTSA gets to keep all the proceeds from ticket sales. You can inquire about purchasing a ticket by contacting L8nightreader@cox.net.
